Great success achieved at seminar in Qatar

Around 135 professionals from MEP consulting and contracting firms have attended our technical seminar organized in conjunction with our official Distributor Gazzaoui and Partners in Qatar.
The seminar was held at Marriott Hotel in Doha and speakers were the Country Manager of Company Gazzaoui and Partners, the ITT Lowara Regional Sales Manager for Middle East and the Training Supervisor of ITT Lowara. Gazzaoui and Partners has been ITT Lowara’s distributor in Lebanon since 1985 and entered the Qatari market in mid-2007. At present it is supplying Lowara pumps to over 60 different towers and projects across the country. During a two-hour presentation, which included a Company Presentation, Lowara latest products and technologies were introduced; among these were centrifugal pumps, sewage pumps, the new Hydrovar® inverter, booster sets and an explanation on the EN12845 standards for fire-fighting. A focused highlight was given on the projects where our products are being used in Qatar.
The attendees raised many questions and they showed high interest in variable speed and fire fighting applications. The speakers explained how these products are user friendly, especially when taking into account the needs of the customers from a maintenance standpoint to the energy-cost saving and environmental friendliness of variable speed controllers specifically designed for pumps.
“The feedback was very positive about the material and the training” -said our regional Sales Manager- “It is the first one for us in Doha. The timing in the midst of the crisis gave a message of confidence in the Qatari market”.
